List tvoří červený žerďový pruh široký jednu třetinu délky listu a čtvercové modré pole s bílým kosmým pruhem vycházejícím z první poloviny vlajícího okraje červeného pruhu do druhé poloviny vlajícího okraje listu. V bílém pruhu červená růže se žlutým semeníkem. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
