Прямоугольное полотнище сине-красного цвета, с отношением ширины к длине 2:3, состоящее из двух полос: верхняя синяя, равная 1/2 ширины полотнища, нижняя красная, равная 1/2 ширины полотнища, несущее посередине изображение главной фигуры герба — золотой ели вершиной вверх. Высота ели 3/5 ширины флага.
