Čeština: Vlajka města Hejnice, okres Liberec.
List tvoří žerďový pruh, široký jednu třetinu délky listu, červeno–zeleně dělený, v poměru 5:3, a tři vodorovné pruhy, modrý, žlutý a modrý, v poměru 3:2:3. V červeném poli na horním okraji zeleného pole stojí bílé průčelí chrámu mezi dvěma věžemi. Každá věž má vchod, dvě okna nad sebou, lucernu a báň s makovicí a patriarším křížem. Průčelí s oknem nad vchodem vrcholí kopulí s tamburem a bání s makovicí a patriarším křížem. Všechny báně jsou cibulovité, všechny vchody a okna půlkruhové a černé, ke vchodům vedou schody. Z dolního okraje zeleného pole vyrůstají tři odkloněné žluté obilné klasy, prostřední se dvěma, krajní s jedním listem. Uprostřed listu v modrých pruzích a pod žlutým pruhem s černým ozubeným kolem, bílý vykořeněný smrk. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2:3.
