Español: Bandera del municipio de Fundación (Magdalena).

"El significado de la bandera es: AZUL: representan el color de nuestro cielo y las aguas de nuestro rio Fundación. Gris: Representa al municpio y atravezado por la via ferrea pilar de la consolodicacion de nuestro pueblo. Verde: el de nuestros campos fértiles , y lo prospero de la tierra fundanense. Blanco: Las estrellas : identifican a tres corregimientos de nuestro municipio, Santa Clara, Santa Rosa y Doña María."
