Modrý list s bílou věží s červenou stanovou střechou a černou branou. Přes věž od žerďového k vlajícímu okraji vodorovný středový pruh široký jednu čtvrtinu šířky listu. Žerďová polovina pruhu je červená, vlající polovina je bílo-černo-bílo-černá. Poměr šířky k délce listu je 2 : 3.
