«Прямоугольное полотнище белого цвета с отношением ширины к длине 2:3 с зелёно-голубым горизонтальным орнаментом по центру, разделённое узкой белой линией на две равновеликие горизонтальные полосы, причём нижняя полоса является зеркальным отражением верхней, со сглаженными углами. Верхняя часть флага состоит из узкой полосы зелёного цвета над которой расположена широкая голубая полоса с верхним волнообразным краем, имеющим четыре заострённых выступа.

Таким образом, на флаге представлены семь полос последовательно сверху вниз белого, голубого, зелёного, белого, зелёного, голубого и белого цветов. Каждый цвет отделен от соседнего тонкой чёрной линией. В верхнем левом углу флага расположен герб Артыбашского сельского поселения».
