English: Fishing ponds. In Hardwick Park there is a small valley, known locally as the Dumbles, toward the bottom end of which are four 586324s (private club). Seen here are the lower two ponds with Hardwick Great Pond just visible in the distance.
Originally the lakes provided fish to the hall and also ice for the 586355, which is built into the dam wall of the second highest pond a few metres to the left (south) of this viewpoint.
