Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	This is a photograph of the original Aurora Public Library, which was purchased by a women's club to start the first library in Aurora, Colorado.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	The original structure and date of the photograph provide historical reference that would be lost by illustration.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	It will be used exactly once in describing the history of the library.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The owner, the Aurora History Museum, provided the file to the City of Aurora for the purpose of showing the historical significance of the first library. It has never been used for promotion and likely never will.
Other information	Provided to the City of Aurora by the Aurora History Museum for the purpose of documenting history.
