English: Ultra-High-grade w:Anthracite graded and washed HEAP. Likely Stove Grade, note the almost gun-metal blue color and amazing lack of dust. This overstock spill-off is just to the left of the chute loading finer grades of anthracite. See related images 4457-4466 taken within minutes of this picture. The overstock heap can be truck loaded by loader into a truck parked just below and left of this photo or a loader can easily scoop the stockpile and dump it back into the breaker input chute (if backing, near side of the building around one corner from this view) to produce finer milled grades, dependent upon demand and other supplies.
