Español: Escudo del municipio de Guatapé; en Antioquia, Colombia.
El contorno del escudo en forma española, con bordura color sinople (verde) , perfilado en sable (negro). El campo del escudo cuartelado, el 1 y el 4 en fondo oro (amarillo),el segundo en fondo de plata y el 3 en fondo de cielo. En el primero de oro, el caduceo al natural, en el segundo de plata una cruz sobre la representación del Monte Carmelo, de color café, con tres estrellas: a los lados en gules (rojo) y en el inferior del ancla estrella en oro, todo coronado por corona imperial, perfilado en sable (negro) [...]. En el tercero en fondo de cielo El Peñón de Guatapé, al natural, la represa con velero de colores, plata, gules y sable en la vela, distribuidos en franjas oblicuas y mástil en sable (negro). En el cuarto de oro una torre de transmisión de energía eléctrica color sable (plata?), perfilado en sable. Y por divisa llevará una cinta ondulante, en letras de sable sobre esmalte oro, la siguiente leyenda: DIOS, al centro y arriba, PAZ, a la diestra PROGRESO, a la siniestra. En la punta y por fuera del contorno llevará en letras de sable la leyenda Guatapé (por fuera de la bordura en una cinta ondulante en color oro). [1] [2]
