Fair use rationale edit

The use of this logo, a logo of EMI, in the article Enigma Records, is believed to be fair use, for the following reasons:

1. The image is the logo of Enigma Records, the presumed trademark holder, and its inclusion in the above article adds significantly to the content by allowing a visual representation of the logo in an article which makes specific reference to the company in question.
2. No free equivalent is available that would adequately give the same information, and none could be created as such.
3. The image is freely available from the company which produced it.
4. The image is freely available from many other sources on the internet and its inclusion here is believed not to make it significantly more accessible than it already is.
5. It is believed the inclusion of the logo on Wikipedia does not limit EMI's ability to exploit the logo for profit commercial gain, or for any purpose in any way.
