Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1) |
There are no free images of the subject on the internet or anywhere else. This is also the only image of Parravincina ever publicised in the press or media. As the subject died 45 years ago a new, free image of them will very likely never be created now |
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3) | The only article this file will be used in is the article pertaining to the subject in question, and only to identify the individual, who has been dead for 45 years. The image is of small size and of low quality. |
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2) |
The image was already widely publicised in the media upon her murder in September 1977. It has since been publicised in books, such as the 2015 book Yorkshire Ripper: The Secret Murders by Chris Clark and Tim Tate. The subject also died 45 years ago.
Unique name I have given to this file makes any ambiguous usage extremely unlikely. Original source has been used and named. |
