English: Elizabeth II Court, Upper High Street The building with the clock tower is actually a square around a central, open courtyard. What you can see in this picture is only the southwestern side of the square. The photo is taken from the roof of the old West Gate, which is now a museum. The road below, between the stonework and the brickwork, and also seen further left, is Upper High Street. Elizabeth II Court is where Hampshire County Councillors have their offices. |
