Description
English: Remnant of an elamite rock relief erased by later Sasanian rock relief of Naqsh-e Rostam II. The artefact shows an elamite prince wearing a typical long dress and a projected forward hat, dating of 18-16th century BCE. Other remnants of this relief can be seen there, there, and there. Taken at Naqsh-e Rostam, Vicinity of Marvdasht, Fars province, Iran, April 2008.
