HOTĂRÂREA NR.410 din data de 1 decembrie 2001

OBIECT: înfiinţarea drapelului Municipiului Braşov

Consiliul Local al Municipiului Braşov, întrunit în şedinţă extraordinară la data de 1 decembrie 2001,

Analizând referatul nr. 31.424 din 28 noiembrie 2001 al Serviciului Protocol, Relaţii Externe Integrare Europeană, privind aprobarea drapelului Municipiului Braşov,

Având în vedere art.7 din Hotărârea Guvernului nr.64/1993, privind metodologia de elaborare, reproducere şi folosire a stemelor municipiilor, oraşelor şi comunelor şi art. 38, alin. 1 din Legea nr. 215/2001 a administraţiei publice locale,

În temeiul art. 46 din Legea administraţiei publice locale nr. 215/2001;

H o t ă r ă ş t e:

ART. 1. Se instituie drapelul Municipiului Braşov.

ART. 2. Drapelul va avea pe cele două feţe stema Municipiului Braşov (conform anexei 2), pe mătase gri-argintiu, va fi reprezentat scutul albastru, un trunchi de copac cu rădăcini argintii ieşind dintr-o coroană aurie. Scutul este timbrat de coroana murală de argint, formată din 7 turnuri - însemnul specific pentru municipii. Deasupra stemei se va inscripţiona MUNICIPIUL BRAŞOV iar sub acesta DEO VINDICI PATRIAE.

ART. 3. a) Drapelul Municipiului Braşov va fi arborat permanent, alături de drapelul naţional:

în cabinetul primarului; în cabinetele viceprimarilor; în cabinetul Secretarului Municipiului Braşov; în Sala de Consiliu; în Piaţa Tricolorului. şi temporar:

pe sediul Primăriei cu ocazia festivităţilor şi ceremoniilor de interes local; cu prilejul vizitelor oficiale primite de către conducerea Primăriei.
