El pasado 21 de mayo el gobierno de los Estados Unidos, a través de su Oficina de Defensa y Cooperación, donó 297 equipos de protección personal a ASSE y SINAE para apoyar los esfuerzos sanitarios en el marco de la actual pandemia. La Encargada de Negocios de nuestra Embajada, Jennifer Savage, subrayó que el objetivo es apoyar la seguridad de los trabajadores que ejercen sus tareas en la primera línea de batalla, “trabajando heroicamenteˮ por la salud de los uruguayos. El evento contó, además, con la presencia del Ministro de Salud Pública Daniel Salinas, el Presidente de ASSE Leonardo Cipriani y el Director del SINAE Sergio Rico.
