Source: Forum member on Derry City Chat. Photo in his possession and he has permitted me to upload it to Wikipedia. He seems quite certain that the photo is in the public domain.

However, if it is the case that it is not in the public domain, I have included a fair use rationale.

Fair use rationale for Derry City F.C.: The image is used to illustrate the text commenting on the club's history. No alternative can be created. Represents an historic season in the club's history; the only year they won the Irish League.
