Summary

Description
English: The Day Dream Mine is located northwest of Silverton and about 20 km from Broken Hill. Started in 1882, the mine attracted a sizeable settlement of 500 or so at its peak. The district's first smelters were later installed here. Now operating as a tourist mine, here it is possible to experience what life was like for men working in its heyday.
