English: A comparison of damage to the inboard geared tab linkage of the left elevator from the w:Ameristar Charters Flight 9363 accident aircraft following static and dynamic elevator load testing (left) with the damage observed on the inboard geared tab linkage of the accident aircraft's right elevator following the accident. In both cases, the paired links are bent dramatically outboard, while the actuating crank is also bent (although less spectacularly).
