  • English: Marc'Antonio Dal Re (1697-1766), Santa Maria della Scala, Royal Collegiata, in Milan, Italy. This engraving is # 71 from a set of 88 Vedute di Milano ("Views of Milan") published by Del Re around 1745. It shows the gothic church which was demolished to build the famous Teatro alla Scala, which took its name from it.
