Als Vorlage für den Wappenentwurf diente das ehemalige Gerichtssiegel von Ruppach aus dem Jahr 1596. Der stufenförmige untere Teil des Wappens symbolisiert den Tonabbau und die Wellenleiste den Ahrbach. |
