Deutsch: Wappen der ehemaligen Gemeinde Hoetmar, seit 1975 Stadtteil von Warendorf: „Gespalten in Rot und Gold (Gelb), vorn ein halber goldener (gelber) Adler und hinten ein aufrecht stehender grüner Palmzweig.“ Das Wappen den Rietberger Adler. Die Grafen von Rietberg gründeten die hiesige Pfarrei. Der Palmzweig als Zeichen der Märtyrer bezieht sich auf den Hl. Lambertus als Kirchenpatron. Die Farben stammen vom Wappen des Hochstiftes Münster.
English: „Party per fess gules and Or, ahead a demi-eagle Or and rear a raising palm branch vert.“ The arms based ahead on the old arms of the Counts of Rietberg, who showed the demi-eagle on their arms. The palm branch is an attribut fom the patron saint Lambert. The colours are derived from the arms of the Münster diocese.
