The image Cte1.jpg is being linked here; though the picture is originally copyright I (User:Argento Surfer) feel it is covered by fair use for the following reasons:

1.No free alternatives exist as Near Death is a trademark and the intellectual property of Joshua Hale Fialkov and is thus covered under U.S. law. 2.Copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the comic book interior art on any other comic book. 3.It does not infringe, limit, or otherwise detract from the copyright owner's rights to sell and/or market the comic book or Nova in any way. 4.The image in question is used to visually identify the subject of the article.

This image is from a comic strip, webcomic or from the cover or interior of a comic book. The copyright for this image is most likely owned by either the publisher of the comic or the writer(s) and/or artist(s) which produced the comic in question. It is believed that
