Summary

Description
English: Cotehele Tower This three sided tower is in a field to the North of Cotehele House. It stands on the highest point of land in that vicinity and commands views across the Tamar Valley, Calstock village and over to Dartmoor in the far distance to the East. To the North West Kit Hill is clearly visible. It is open all the year round and the top can be reached by climbing a narrow wooden and rather dark staircase inside the tower. Its date is uncertain but it was probably built as a folly.
This is a photo of listed building number 1311985.
