Логотип состоит из знака-эмблемы и надписи, представляет собой круг. Центральным элементом графической части является изоброжение контура мунипальной администрации. Дополнительный графическо-символьный элемент — изображение снежного барса сверху круга.
Здание по центру — здание муниципальной администрации мэрии города Бишкек по Первомайскому административному району.
Снежный барс - редкое и красивое животное, обитающее в скалах заоблачных гор, большей части Ала-Тоо. Благородство и великодушие на трани осторожности с древних времен в нем было отмечено человеком. В многочисленных сказаниях барс становится символом отчаянной смелости, мужества и выносливости, что для воинов- горцев определяет высокий эталон настоящего мужчины, воина- защитника. Поэтому тотем Манаса, многочисленные сравнения сближают человека и барса, наделяют их идентичными эпитетами.
Также снежный барс изображен на логотипе города Бишкек.
Солнце – в орнаментальной культуре народа означает свет, открытость, жизнестойкость.

Лепесток - олицетворяет достаток, стабильность, постоянство, тяжкий труд, лёгкую промышленность.
