editThis is an image from the 15 December 1977 issue of the New York Times, pg D 15. It is of Guillermo Hernandez-Cartaya, who was instrumental in founding, and in leading into infamy, the World Finance Corporation. The picture is irreplaceable as Cartaya is dead.
