The parish contains: all of the townland of Carperterstown; that part of Sheepmoor lying south of the Royal Canal; that part of Blanchardstown lying south of the Royal Canal; that part of Castleknock lying west of the M50 motorway; a thin stretch of the northern part of Diswellstown above Castleknock Community College.
