English: The Old Whipple Truss is an 1874 truss bridge on the Cacapon River at Capon Springs, West Virginia, United States. The Whipple Truss was originally constructed across the South Branch Potomac River near Romney and was re-erected at its present site in 1938 where it was in use until 1991. |
