Summary

Description
English: A diagram which shows the combined, overall effect of "Capillary 1.jpg", "Capillary 2.jpg" and "Capillary 3.jpg" in terms of water movement in and out of the capillary as blood passes from the arterial to the venous end of the tube. Water and electrolytes leave the capillary at the arteriolar end, but almost all of it is reabsorbed at the venous end due to the rise in oncotic osmotic pressure during the passage of blood through a capillary.
