Summary

Description
English: This is an endoscopic view through the left nasal cavity. The the large round central mass which can be seen filling the posterior nasal cavity [Choana] is a large choanal polyp which originates from the opposite [right] nasal cavity. The ridge seen in the 2 o'clock position is the posterior end of the left inferior turbinate.
