Description

Vande Rose Farms frenched pork chop with mushroom demi glace and sweet potato puree. It also had brussels sprouts even though it wasn't mentioned on the menu. Excellent!

Chefs de France is well worth a try if you have a chance while at Walt Disney World's EPCOT theme park.
