Znak krzyża na ich marynarkach oznacza, iż zostali zidentyfikowani przez miejscowych volksdeutschów jako rzekomi uczestnicy wydarzeń tzw. "Bydgoskiej Krwawej Niedzieli" (niem. Bromberger Blutsonntag). Zdjęcie prawdopodobnie wykonane na terenie koszar 15 pułku artylerii lekkiej przy ul. Gdańskiej 147 w Bydgoszczy. English: German-occupied Bydgoszcz, first days of September 1939. Polish men photographed before the execution. Cross mark at their coats mean that they were identified by local Germans as an alleged participants in the events of so-called "Blody Sunday in Bydgoszcz" (de: Bromberger Blutsonntag). This photo was probably taken in the artillery barracks at 147 Gdańska Street in Bydgoszcz. |
