Am 25.3.1962 wurde in Oberwiesenthal der Pokal-Sprunglauf der "Volksstimme" Karl-Marx-Stadt ausgetragen. Mit Springern aus 7 Ländern war dieser Spezialsprunglauf auf der Fichtelberg-Schanze hervorragned besetzt.
