Jahrestag der Gründung der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik wurde in der gemeinsamen Festsitzung der Volks- und Länderkammer Präsident Wilhelm Pieck einstimmig wiedergwählt. UBz: Der wiedergewählte Präsident der Deutschen Demokratischen Republik Wilhelm Pieck verläßt in Begleitung des Präsidenten der Volkskammer Dr.h.c. Dieckmann (links) und Ministerpräsident Grotewohl (rechts) die Volkskammer.
