Boomerang_(PSF).jpg(575 × 518 pixels, file size: 34 KB, MIME type: image/jpeg)

This diagram image could be re-created using vector graphics as an SVG file. This has several advantages; see Commons:Media for cleanup for more information. If an SVG form of this image is available, please upload it and afterwards replace this template with {{vector version available|new image name}}.

It is recommended to name the SVG file “Boomerang (PSF).svg”—then the template Vector version available (or Vva) does not need the new image name parameter.

This is the flight path of a modern, specialised long distance boomerang and not typical of a normal boomerang which is thrown forty five degrees to the right of the oncoming wind to go in a circular anti-clockwise path back to the throwers position.
