English: On a dock outside Marston Pavilion, a Bentonville, Ark., native reaffirmed his oath of office during a promotion ceremony here, May 27. “I … do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion, and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter,” said 1st Lt. Benjamin Steiger, a logistics officer with Transportation Support Company, Combat Logistics Battalion 2, 2nd Marine Logistics Group. Steiger, a 2012 graduate of Oral Roberts University, pinned on the rank of first lieutenant during his promotion ceremony here.
