J-Dog raps and plays bass guitar, Da Kurlzz plays percussion and keyboards, Johnny 3 Tears raps, Charlie Scene plays lead guitar and raps, Danny sings the chorus, Biscuitz plays the drums as a touring member, and Funny Man raps as well. The band is shown in an empty underground garage in front of a "Hollywood Undead" poster and two "Hollywood Undead" podiums.
