Summary

Description
Deutsch: Baulücke (Hochbau) auf der Neusser Straße 651 in Köln-Weidenpesch.
Türkçe: Çevredeki binaların yakınında boştaki araziyi (infill) kullanma (mevcut altyapının ekonomik kullanımı ve kentsel yayılmaya çare için) inşaat sayesinde her yıl artmaktadır ve artacak. Çukurların tasarımı, komşu binalarının sağlamı ve zeminin gerilim-deformasyon durumu önsüze çıkar. Vatandaşlar genellikle terkedilmiş arazilerini ve harap olmuş mahallelerini parklara veya eğlence tesislerine dönüştürmek isterler, ancak dış aktörler apartman kompleksleri, ticari alışveriş merkezleri veya endüstriyel alanlar inşa etmeye çalışır. Herkese uyan çözüm yukarıdan aşağıya inşaattır (top-down). Yöntem sayesinde deprem ve sıcak bölgesi çok etkiyen avantajlara sahip olacak: yıl içinde çoğunlukla sıcak havalarda binanın soğutulmasında tasarruf; yeraltı kısmının özgül yüzeyindeki artış sayesinde sismik güvenlik alanında rakibi olmayan bir "gemi-deniz" sistemi oluşturması.
