Fair use for Bartender edit

Although this is a copyrighted image, this image is covered by fair use because of the following:

1. No free or public domain images have been located for this single.
2. The image is of lower resolution than the original cover. Copies made from it will be of inferior quality, and could not be used as artwork on illegal vinyl or CD copies of the single.
3. The image does not limit the copyright owners' rights to distribute the single in any way.
4. Bartender is a very significant song and reached noticeable popularity by peaking at #1 in the RIANZ New Zealand Charts and #5 in the Billboard Hot 100. This is the artwork, intended by Konvict Muzik and Jive Records for wide distribution. As such, it has future historical significance, and is a more appropriate choice than any other image available.
5. This image is used on various websites, so its use on Wikipedia does not make it significantly more accessible or visible than it already is. The cover is being used for informational purposes only, and its use is not believed to detract from the original single in any way.
