Polski: Budynek maszynowni szybu Zygmunt - jedyny ocalały budynek po kopalni węgla kamiennego "Maria" w Grodźcu. W szybie tym pracował prawdopodobnie pierwszy skip (5 ton) w Polsce. Kopalnię Grodziec I zamknieto w 1938r ale szyb Zygmunt był wykorzystywany aż do 1984r, dla celów niegórniczych - zjazdu i wyjazdu ludzi obsługujących komorę pomp urządzoną dla pompowania wody dla celów pitnych mieszkańców Grodźca. W 1947r został częściowo zmodernizowany. Zabudowano na nim maszyne wyciągową dwubębnową "Wilhelms Hite". Komora pomp urządzona była w sąsiedztwie szybu na poziomie 160m i posiadała wentylację lutniową. W 1971r. w szybie zostały przeprowadzone próby ruchowe nowej konstrukcji łapadeł pirotechnicznych naczyń wydobywczych z wyzwalaniem elektronicznym. W 1984 zlikwidowano komorę pomp, zlikwidowano również urządzenia wyciągowe i wieżę szybową,pozostawiając jedynie budynek maszyny wyciągowej. W wyniku tego lustro wody podniosło się do 75m od powierzchni. |
