Axilflower is a small wetlands wildflower and this particular subspecies is endemic to peninsular Florida. This is another former member of the Scrophulariaceae (figwort family) that appears to have been reassigned to the Plantaginaceae (plantain family). The flowers are about 10mm long.
This one lives at Sweetbay Natural Area in Palm Beach County, Florida, near a small colony of sprites.
