Español: Estatua de Andrés de Vandelvira, arquitecto renacentista español, presidiendo la fachada trasera de la Catedral de Jaén. Obra del escultor Ramiro Megías López, con motivo del V centenario del nacimiento de Vandelvira (2005). La estatua presenta una cita del Diálogo de Mercurio y Carón de Alfonso de Valdés, que reza así:

(...) todos los hombres sabios endereçan sus obras a ganar fama en este mundo y gloria en el otro; buena fama digo, no por vanagloria suya, mas para que Dios sea honrrado con el buen exemplo que de su vida y obras podrán tomar os que después vendrán.
