Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3) This image is in the original size it was when it was found on the Parks Canada website (350x188). As I would consider this size small, I believe the image's use here is minimal.

commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2) As this is a government source, I doubt that this image was intended for commercial opportunities. I believe that the Government of Canada would not have a issue with this image being used for educational purposes.
