Purpose of use in article (WP:NFCC#8)	It will serve as the primary means of identification for the subject of the article. The image shows the housing complex before it was demolished. No one will know how these buildings looked without visual aid, and the buildings do not exist anymore. It also displays the demolition of the buildings.
Not replaceable with free media because (WP:NFCC#1)	The subject of the image was demolished, and a free image of the buildings is unlikely to exist. It is impossible to take new photographs of these structures.
Minimal use (WP:NFCC#3)	The file will only be used in the subject's corresponding article. It is the only means of visual identification for the subject. The image is not unnecessarily high in resolution.
Respect for commercial opportunities (WP:NFCC#2)	The owner has no commercial interest in selling photos of the buildings, and in fact hosts the image freely accessible on an ad-free webpage. The copyright owner does not make money off of this image.
