Català: Sense arròs no hi ha paella. Espills en la terra, camps de sol i núvols, l’Albufera nodreix amb les seues aigües els nostres camps i d'ells ens nodrim amb les seues riqueses. Però ací no acaba el cicle, la nostra petjada no pot obviar-se. També nosaltres hem de nodrir l'albufera amb esforç i cura, protegir-la, netejar-la i donar-li vida. Així, tancant el cercle, retroalimentant-lo positivament, podrem gaudir durant generacions de la nostra horta neta i, com no, de la paelleta dels diumenges. Perquè sense Albufera no hi ha arròs, i sense arròs no hi ha paella. Imatge presentada al concurs fotogràfic Horta Net@ 2013 organitzat per la Xarxa JOVES.net Español: Sin arroz no hay paella. Espejos en la tierra, campos de sol y nubes, la Albufera nutre con sus aguas nuestros campos y de ellos nos nutrimos con sus riquezas. Pero aquí no acaba el ciclo, nuestra huella no puede obviarse. También nosotros tenemos que nutrir la albufera con esfuerzo y atención, protegerla, limpiarla y darle vida. Así, cerrando el círculo, retroalimentándolo positivamente, podremos disfrutar durante generaciones de nuestra huerta limpia y, como no, de la paella de los domingos.
