Description Dr Rongpol Charoenpan (รองพล เจริญพันธุ์), Cabinet Secretary, affixed the royal seals to the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, Buddhist Era 2550 (2007), on 24 August 2007, after the Constitution was signed by King Bhumibol Adulyadej and countersigned by Meechai Ruchuphan, President of the National Legislative Assembly. The Constitution came into force immediately.
