Mohammed's social media had been monitored by security officials, for years. This image triggered the official interview with security officials that triggered his arrest, and eventual conviction. Text descriptions of this image would be inadequate at conveying how violent the image was. As for our use of the image impairing the copyright holder's ability to profit from the image. Criminals are not allowed to profit from their criminal activity. So, Mohammed would be legally barred from profiting from this image. |
