Summary

Description
English: BLM permits ATVs on Jean Lake (or Jean Dry Lake) when conditions are dry enough to warrant. It's a self-policing policy in that the wet lake bed presents a muddy bog that will trap any vehicle or operator foolish enough to venture out.
