English: 607th Tank Destroyer Battalion M5 3" anti-tank gun at Le Bourg St-Leonard, France, August 19, 1944. The building on the right is the former notary's house, located at the crossroads in the center of town. Personnel are identified L to R as: Sgt Ross E Gudbaur, Pfc. William J. Pierson and Cpl. John J. Blair. At this time during the war, all three men were members of Co. C in the unit history roster.
