• 2004-05-07 01:29 Jesster79 480×360× (27721 bytes) This is a view of downtown [[Dubuque, Iowa]] from the observation deck of the [[Fourth Street Elevator]]. This photo was taken in May of 2004 by me. In this photo, you can see the Julien Dubuque Bridge, as well as the southern part of Dubuque.
